Functional scripts: We use EmailJS (for form submissions) loaded from a CDN. This may set functional cookies to process your form submission.
Session storage: Temporary browser storage may be used to preserve form state during your visit. This data is cleared when you close the browser tab.
Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address according to Google's own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Client project data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following project completion, in compliance with Nepali tax and corporate record-keeping requirements.
Job applicant data: Retained for 6 months if no employment relationship is established, or for the duration of employment plus 2 years thereafter.
Educational consultancy records: Retained for 3 years from the date of last service or until visa/enrollment outcome is resolved.
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
